Cancellation policy

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is either out of stock or not yet available for immediate dispatch.

Pre-order items will be clearly marked at the time of purchase, along with estimated availability or shipping timeframes.

Depending on the product, we may:

  • take full payment at checkout; or
  • take a partial deposit, with the remaining balance charged prior to dispatch.

By placing a pre-order, you authorise us to charge the remaining balance (if applicable) once the item is ready to ship.


Cancellations

You may cancel a pre-order at any time before the item has been dispatched.

If you cancel before dispatch, you will receive a refund for any payments made, including deposits, unless otherwise clearly stated at the time of purchase.

Once a pre-order has been dispatched, it is treated as a standard order and our Refunds & Returns Policy will apply.


Refunds & Returns

Pre-order items are subject to the same Refunds, Returns & Warranty Policy as standard products.

Nothing in this section limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

Where goods are faulty, you are entitled to a remedy in accordance with New Zealand law, which may include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the nature of the fault.

  • Pre-order delivery timeframes are estimates only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.
  • We will keep you updated if there are any significant changes to availability.
  • Payment processing is handled securely via our payment provider.
