🚚 Nationwide Delivery in New Zealand

Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no external branding or product details visible.


Delivery Costs

For orders under $220 NZD:

  • Standard delivery: $6.95 NZD
  • Rural delivery: $10.95 NZD

International delivery to Australia:

  • $29.95 NZD

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.


Courier Services

We use NZ Post for all deliveries, offering both non-signature and signature-required services.

Non-Signature Delivery

This service allows delivery to your address without a signature. If you are not home, the courier may:

  • leave your parcel in a safe location at your address, or
  • leave a card to call if no safe location is available.

Signature Required Delivery

This service requires a signature on delivery. If no one is home:

  • a card to call will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

If you have an “authority to leave” or delivery instructions set up with NZ Post, these may apply to your delivery regardless of service type.

Tracking Your Order

Yes — once your order has been packed and dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

You can track your parcel directly via the NZ Post tracking website.


Delivery Addresses

Business Addresses

Yes — we can deliver to business addresses. Please include the business name in the company field at checkout.

PO Boxes

Yes — we deliver to PO Boxes. Please enter your PO Box number in the address field provided at checkout.


Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Estimated delivery times within New Zealand:

  • Urban areas: 3–5 working days after dispatch
  • Rural areas: allow an additional 3–5 working days

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays outside our control.


Address Changes & Redirection

If you need to change your delivery address after dispatch, you can request a redirection through NZ Post using your tracking number.

Options may be available via the NZ Post tracking portal or by contacting NZ Post directly on 0800 501 501.

Please note:

  • Redirection requests may delay delivery by at least one additional business day
  • We are unable to guarantee successful redirection once a parcel has been dispatched

Important Notes

  • Once your order has been handed to NZ Post, delivery is managed by the courier service.
  • GoodTouch is not responsible for delays caused by courier networks, weather, or external disruptions.
  • If your parcel is lost or delayed, please contact us so we can assist with a courier investigation.
