We’re always looking for ways to be more sustainable, and we’re thrilled to have partnered with Echo, a certified Climate Positive e-waste recycling company here in NZ.

How it works:

1. Contact us to let us know you will be sending us a toy, you will be given the address to send to and a reference number.

2. Clean before sending
All items must be thoroughly cleaned and dried before being dropped off or sent to us. Please use warm water and mild soap or toy cleaner.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we’re unable to accept unclean items.

3. Remove batteries & accessories
Please remove loose batteries where possible
Chargers and cables can be included, but should be placed in a separate bag if sending

4. What we accept
✔ Silicone, rubber, plastic, and metal toys
✔ Rechargeable and battery-powered toys
✔ Vibrators, massagers, and similar electronic pleasure products✘ We cannot accept glass or ceramic items, as these cannot be processed through e-waste recycling.

5. Pack discreetly
Place items in a sealed bag or box before sending. No original packaging is required. All recycling is handled respectfully and discreetly.

Please write ITEM FOR RECYCLING with your reference number on the outside of the box
